Your challenges

As a Digital infrastructure and workplace first line support engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Within our Service Operations Center, you will provide our customers with level 1 service support for cloud and workplace services.
  • You will collect, classify and manage customer requests.
  • You escalate service requests and incidents to level 2 support or partners if necessary.
  • You participate in our innovation and continuous improvement process by contributing to the evolution of our service catalog and exploiting automation technologies.

  • Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Intune
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Directory technologies: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, AD connect
  • Network technologies: DNS, DHCP, switching/routing
  • Operating systems: Windows Server (various versions), Windows Desktop technologies
  • Automation languages and methodologies: PowerShell
  • Web middleware: Drupal, Apache, Tomcat
  • Databases: MS SQL, MySQL
  • ITSM tools: used for service management, such as ServiceNow, among others
  • Telephony: Cisco systems

Your profile

  • Passionate about IT and keen to improve or extend your skills in cloud technologies.
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills.
  • You have or would like to develop your skills in some of the following areas:
    • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Intune)
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Directory technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, AD connect)
    • Network technologies (DNS, DHCP, switching/routing)
    • Windows server and workstation technologies
    • Automation languages and methodologies: PowerShell
    • Web middleware (Drupal, Apache, Tomcat, etc.)
    • Databases: MS SQL, MYSQL
    • ITIL service management
  • Fluency in French and English.
