Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement Functional Consultant

Your challenges

• Gather customer specifications and implement the Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement solution.
• Document the "as-is" and "to-be" within accurate and detailed scope documents.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales to match the organization's business processes.
• Model Dynamics 365 Sales data.
• Extend Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform components, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support the sales team in presales activities and product presentations.
• Provide user support and training.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or IT.
• More than 3 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Sales consultant.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Ability to create quality functional documentation and gather specifications.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working with enterprise connectors.
• Experience of Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications an asset.
