Your challenges

  • Analyze, review and redefine existing business processes to meet the needs of a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Propose simple solutions to complex situations in collaboration with the team.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders on their needs, views and opinions.
  • Transform business specifications into concrete specifications and solutions, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the company's business and service providers, within the framework of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Your profile

  • Master's degree in commercial engineering, business economics, civil/industrial engineering, management, IT engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven professional experience in core banking areas such as lending, credit, asset management, life and non-life insurance, ideally in a large company or international environment.
  • Between 2 and 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch; any other language is an asset.
  • Adapt to different environments with good social skills.
  • Be familiar with modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML, understand the E2E analysis process and quickly assimilate new knowledge and working methods.
  • Get involved in the company's growth and be willing to mentor a colleague
