Your challenges
- Understand and evaluate customers' business activities.
- Identify problems and opportunities, and recommend appropriate business solutions.
- Translate business specifications and processes into structured documentation that meets customer objectives.
- Act as the main interface between IT and business/functional teams.
- Lead project business scope definition, interact with sponsor/customer to determine strategies and assess feasibility.
- Obtain and prioritize specifications from business, stakeholders and transitional teams, using appropriate analysis techniques.
- Facilitate the implementation and deployment of changes, providing support and advice to stakeholders.
- Support IT colleagues during project development, testing and deployment.
- Lead a team of business analysts on specific projects or analyses.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, and carry out risk and impact analyses in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Convince senior managers of the benefits of proposed changes.
Your profile
- At least 5 years' experience in business analysis or functional analysis.
- Master's degree in business engineering, business economics, civil/industrial engineering, management or IT engineering.
- Experience in the banking sector, ideally in securities issuance or regulatory projects.
- Analyze complex specifications in the context of multi-platform solutions.
- Communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a curiosity for learning and an interest in new technologies.
- Be proactive, take ownership and responsibility for assignments.
- Write documents in a clear and structured manner.
- Share knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Adapt to different working environments (Agile, Traditional) thanks to good social skills.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple collaborators and stakeholders.
- Work on multiple tasks in parallel while respecting deadlines.
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch; any other language is an asset.
- Demonstrate team spirit and become an ambassador for your company.
- Contribute to the company's growth and act as a mentor.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail.
