Junior Project Manager / Product Owner

Your challenges

As a Junior Project Manager / Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in developing new digital products as well as managing existing applications. Under the supervision of an experienced Product Owner, you will be the link between the business (our teams in power plants worldwide) and our software factory. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and challenging business requirements during workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Translating these requirements into functional specifications for our software factory
• Monitoring project progress and guiding stakeholders
• Testing, solving problems, and managing change while ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget control
• Managing existing applications by planning improvements and regular updates

• Agile methodology for project management
• Applications for the energy industry
• Collaboration with local and international teams
• Technologies used: Azure DevOps / TFS

Your profile

• Master’s degree required, with experience in IT project management or as a digital product manager as a plus
• Excellent command of English and French or Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both business and IT teams
• Team player, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex situations
• Experience with Agile methodology and knowledge of Azure DevOps, an asset
