Your challenges

  • Collaborate with business representatives to understand their needs, acting as their representative while maintaining a clear vision of products, services and value delivery.
  • Build the right user stories at the right time, and decide on their acceptance once delivered.
  • Manage Agile team content (product backlog) and actively participate in Agile team ceremonies.
  • Ensure the success of Scrum software development projects by reviewing sprint results.
  • Prioritize stories and actions in the backlog to ensure a continuous flow of work.
  • Be the reference person for the application of Agile practices and principles to produce high quality work and improve the efficiency of the development team.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Economics, Civil/Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years' relevant experience, ideally in core banking areas (lending, credit, asset management).
  • Proven skills in Agile methodologies, with SAFe certification considered a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; any additional language is an asset.
  • A true team player, ready to act as an ambassador for your company and get involved in the company's growth.
