Medior Scrum Master

Your challenges

• You will be responsible for applying Agile practices and principles to produce high-quality work and help improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Your responsibilities include managing deadlines, solving problems and coaching team members, organizing and facilitating meetings (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc.).
• You ensure that the adaptation process runs smoothly and is used appropriately.
• Help the Product Owner create solid product backlogs ready for subsequent sprints.

Your profile

• You have a master's degree in commercial engineering, business economics, civil/industrial engineering, management, IT engineering or any other business-related degree (or equivalent through experience).
• Ideally, you have proven professional experience in banking (loans, credit, asset management, life/non-life insurance).
• You have between 2 and 5 years' similar experience and are familiar with software development (Agile).
• Professional certifications, as well as knowledge/certification of SAFe, are considered a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch (any additional language is an asset).
