Your challenges

As a Packager System Engineer, you will play a key role in the Applications team, focusing on delivering modern application solutions for our end users. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing workplace technologies for our end customers.
• Using modern app layering or virtualization tools to deliver applications with Citrix and Intune.
• Applying best practices such as MSI-X, Microsoft Store, container applications, and MSI to streamline application delivery.
• Collaborating with your team to create and package applications, develop unattended installations, and solve issues within a strict security framework.

The stack

To succeed in this role, you’ll work with technologies such as:

• Windows 10 and 11, Citrix servers, and Windows Server 2016-2022.
• MSI packaging, MSI-X technology, and tools like Intune and SCCM.
• Scripting languages like VBS or PowerShell.
• Packaging tools such as Wise Package Studio and Advanced Installer.

Your profile

We are looking for a team player who has:

• Strong knowledge of OS environments (Windows 10, 11, Citrix, Windows Server 2016-2022).
• Experience with MSI packaging and deployment tools like Intune, SCCM, and Turbo.
• Scripting skills (VBS or PowerShell) and familiarity with packaging tools.
• Problem-solving skills and experience in high-pressure environments.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• A security-first mindset.
