Release Train Engineer

Your challenges

As a Release Train Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering mobile apps, web interfaces, and integrating legacy systems via the Azure cloud. You will closely collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure organizational agility and project success. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the Program Manager to facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning
• Identifying and removing impediments to team progress
• Providing guidance on managing risks and dependencies
• Coaching teams in Lean, Agility, and Scrum practices
• Acting as a servant leader, guiding the Agile Release Train (ART) toward successful delivery and continuous improvement
• Managing project scopes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Fostering collaboration among analysts, UX designers, product managers, and solution designers

The projects

• DIOR program and digital transformation projects
• Agile and SAFe methodology for team management
• Technological solutions for cloud, mobile apps, and web interfaces
• Close collaboration with the Domain Manager and cross-functional teams

Your profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong technical skills with experience in Cloud development and Front-End
• Excellent understanding of Agile principles and practices
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Capability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Proven experience working with C-Level executives and creating strategic roadmaps
• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Dutch or French
