Senior Project Manager

Your role will be to

• Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring that they meet business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
• Play a central contact role between stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and fostering strong relationships between the business and IT.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring and completion, applying project management best practice.
• Designing a comprehensive project strategy that combines the customer's requirements and the company's objectives, while coordinating the various managers and technicians throughout all phases of the project.
• Assessing project risks and formulating response strategies to effectively reduce their impact.
• Leading, motivating and managing project teams, fostering a collaborative working environment and encouraging knowledge sharing.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.

Your profile

• Minimum 8 years' experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related discipline; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience of managing large, complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to navigate in a multicultural environment and interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability and flexibility to deal with time pressure, ambiguity and change.
• Mastery of project management tools, methodologies and best practice.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
