Senior Scrum Master

Your challenges

• You are the reference person for the application of Agile practices and principles to produce high-quality work and help improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Your tasks include managing deadlines, solving problems and coaching team members, organizing and leading meetings (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc.).
• You ensure rapid inspection and correct use of the adaptation process.
• You help the Product Owner to create solid product backlogs and prepare them for future sprints.

Your profile

• You have a Master's degree in commercial engineering, business economics, civil/industrial engineering, management, IT engineering or any other business-related degree (or equivalent through experience).
• Ideally, you have proven professional experience in banking (loans, credit, asset management, life and non-life insurance).
• You have at least 5 years' confirmed experience and are familiar with software development (Agile).
• Professional certifications and SAFe knowledge/certification are considered a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch (any other language is an asset).
• You can adapt to different environments thanks to your good social skills.
• You're a team player and ready to become a real ambassador for your company.
• You're ready to get involved in the company's growth and, in time, mentor one of your colleagues.
• Last but not least: You have the knowledge and experience in at least 1 Agile framework (Scrum) to enable you to be THE reference person.
