Your challenges

  • Due to our growing demand for support and to staff our own projects, we are looking for Service Desk Agents.
  • Provide first-line and partly second-line support for IT end-users and local IT managers in Belgium.
  • Be the first point of contact for internal customers for all IT-related questions.
  • Ensure that all calls, e-mails, tickets and portal requests are carefully logged, analyzed, assigned, responded to and resolved in accordance with established standards, procedures and SLAs.
  • Monitor ongoing incidents and queries, being responsible for end-user communication.
  • Participate innovatively and constructively in front-line support team meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in our knowledge base.

Your profile

  • Excellent written and spoken command of Dutch, French and English.
  • Secondary or higher education diploma.
  • One or more years' experience as a service desk agent in an ITIL environment.
  • Initiative, solution orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Resistance to stress.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work shifts (7:30am to 6:00pm).
  • Ability to organize work independently while supporting colleagues.
